The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. We loved exploring the hotel and its impressive collection of modern art. It was a unique and fun experience. The hotel's location in downtown was perfect for us, allowing us to easily explore the city's attractions and restaurants.

One aspect that was a bit confusing was the entrance hallway, which made it unclear if we were entering the right building. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too big, leading to an uncomfortable sleep.

There was a wide range of good meals.

I recently stayed at 21C Museum Hotel for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was exploring the art gallery on the first two floors, which showcased a beautiful collection of modern artwork that perfectly complemented the building. Additionally, the historic Savoy Grill, located right off the elevators, offered a memorable dining experience with delicious food, including standout dishes like lumpia and escargot pasta. Lastly, the hotel manager, Paul, went above and beyond to make our stay special, upgrading our room. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to visit other 21C hotels in the future.

Location: the hotel was close to power and light district, the downtown River Market and the Power and Light District and a restaurant that was open on the holiday. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are brand-new. The staff is outstandingly helpful and genuinely helpful. There's an excellent bar at the venue. Possibly the best and perfectly pleasant hotel experience we have had.
